EH-102: Medium Speed Epoxy Hardener


 

 
   

Product Description

EH-102 is an aliphatic epoxy hardener that is compatible with both ‘DR’ and ‘ER’ series resin systems.  Hardener has good resistance

to amine blush and has excellent room temperature properties.

Processing

Mix resin and hardener thoroughly at specified ratio.  Resin can be heated slightly to lower viscosity.  Do not expose resin or hardener

to excessive moisture conditions until fully cured.  Post-cure resin to 160oF to achieve maximum cure and composite strength.  In cases

of free standing post-cures, the part should be heated slowly

(20-30oF per 30 minute steps) to prevent warpage.

Applications

• Moderately large marine and hand laminating

   projects which require 3-4 hours working time

* Parts can be de-molded after 12 hours at 77oF without the typical epoxy brittle phase.
