Rich Moulton has been digging in goo for more then 30 years, earning himself the nickname "Captain Sticky".  He has developed more composite materials that are flying then anyone else in the world.  After a brief time developing aircraft primer and structural adhesive at Shell Adhesive (now Hysol/Locktite), he went to Hexcel Corp. and was the Research and Development Director for composite material.  In 1980, he became a contractor consultant whose clients included Hexcel, SEP and NASA.  In 1991, he founded Applied Poleramic, Inc. where he is currently the President.  Rich graduated from the University of Oregon (Chem.) and has taken extensive polymer courses at UC Berkeley.
