Rich Moulton has been digging in goo for more then 30 years, earning himself the�nickname "Captain Sticky".� He has developed more composite materials that are flying then anyone else in the world.� After a brief time developing aircraft primer and structural adhesive at Shell Adhesive (now Hysol/Locktite), he went to Hexcel Corp. and was the Research and Development Director for composite material.� In 1980, he became a contractor consultant whose clients included Hexcel, SEP and NASA.� In 1991, he founded Applied Poleramic, Inc. where he is currently the President.� Rich graduated from the University of Oregon (Chem.) and has taken extensive polymer courses at UC Berkeley.
