Product Description

ER-10� is a single phase resin system that is designed for applications where high modulus and low cost are important.�� ER-10 resin system works well on all fiberglass, carbon, and Kevlar reinforcements.

Processing

Mix resin and hardener thoroughly at specified ratio.� Resin can be heated slightly to lower viscosity.� Do not expose resin or hardener

to excessive moisture conditions until fully cured.� Post-cure resin to 180^oF to achieve maximum cure and composite strength.� In cases

of free standing post-cures, the part should be heated slowly

(20-30^oF per 30 minute steps) to prevent warpage.

� Snowboards

� Skis

� Molding applications that use heat to help assist

�� fiber wetout

� Chemical resistant coatings

�Hardeners

� EH-101, 102, 103 or 104 laminating hardeners

If application requires high delamination resistance, two phase �DR� series resins should be considered.
